Enjoy Mexico´s Independence activities at Catalonia Riviera Maya Resort and Spa
Today we celebrate the Independence of Mexico. For that reason, we have planned various activities throughout the day to shout all together: “Viva Mexico!”
Wanna dance? at the pool area you can enjoy the quebradita dance lessons, aqua mariachi gym and more.
If you love Mexican food, we are organizing a taco eating contest, then enjoy our variety of grilled tacos accompanied by cocos with tequila.
Around the pool, we will have live music, a handicrafts stand, a traditional Mexican fair where you’ll be able to play a lot of games, and of course we will break the traditional piñata.
When we celebrate Mexico can not miss a good tequila, our entertainment team will have everything ready at El Abuelo Bar to taste cocktails made from this delicious drink.
Later you can’t miss the wonderful Mexican folklore show and, of course, the Mariachi. Watch the celebration live from Mexico City, as we’ll broadcast the traditional Grito de Independencia live from the Zocalo.
To close the celebration, disco´s DJ will put you to dance all night long.
